1) When your order is suspicious, we may request you to send the copy of your identification card.
2) Credit card payment may not be refunded immediately dpending on your credit card company's policies when some products are sold out. We recommend Paypal payment.

| If we could not stock the products you ordered... |
If some products can't be stocked, we will ship the remainders only and refund(*1) the difference immediately. If the whole of order is not stocked, we will cancel your order and refund all of your payment immediately.
However, if you have written the request(*2) for this situation in advance, we will process your order according to your request. For example, if you want to change the products, you can write the substitutes(*3).
Even if you wrote some request which has no relation with sold out, such as delivery date, dead line of delivery etc., we do not necessarily respond to them. Please contact us using this form in advance if you have special requests or questions.
*1 In case of cash on delivery, there is no refunding because it is a deferred payment.
*2 Examples in case where we could not stock the products
· Writing of Substitutes · Notification by Email and Change of Products· Cancealation in Advance(You usually can't cancel the products other than the ones sold out. If you want to cancel, you have to pay the cancelation fee.)

| Cancelation |
We can accept the cancelation after completing of order.
But you have to pay the following Cancelation fee.
Cancelation Fee = Canceled Product Price x Fee Rate(*1)
(*1 When you calculate the fee, the parcentage of the fee rate should be
converted into the decimal. eg. 30% = 0.3)
We have achieved the low prices by not having products in stock as much
as possible.
The cancellations cause pressure of our management, and it causes the rise
of the prices. Please understand.
Of course, these fees are not applyed to the sold out products.

If you refused to receive the products, the following shipping cost will
be added into the cancelation fee.
Basically you can't cancel after receiving products.
